Marketing SaaS — Contract Development & PM
Served as PM and full-stack engineer for two marketing SaaS products that improve website conversion rates, from development through operations.
We worked on a marketing SaaS for conversion rate optimization (CRO), a tool that collects and leverages user-generated content (UGC) from social media, and the full range of related products — all as contract development.
Role
As PM and full-stack engineer, we covered the entire lifecycle: requirements definition and design, frontend and backend implementation, and post-release operations and feature improvements.
Project Highlights
We built an architecture that delivers a rich feature set — chatbots, popups, A/B testing, heatmaps, exit-intent, and analytics reporting — installable with a single line of tag code. The project demanded both a product design that companies can use without technical expertise, and an infrastructure stable enough to run on a large number of websites.
We also built new services as microservices, developed additional AI features, and accelerated the development process itself with AI — continuously supporting the product's growth and improvement.
